Our line of soups was created by re-evaluating Trentino traditions and enriching them with our unmistakable flavours.

All the production of our soups is 100% artisanal.

Preparation Tips:

  • Pour the contents into 2.5 L of water and cook for about 15 minutes on a moderate heat, add a little salt.
  • Once cooked, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and serve piping hot.

It can be prepared like a rice or barley soup by adding more water.

INGREDIENTS: pre-cooked spelled 50%, barley 25%, lentils, beans, chickpeas, peas, porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis and related group), speck, parsley, carrots, onions, tomato, leek, garlic, natural flavourings, all in variable proportions .
