Information Right of withdrawal and return due to non-conformity

Right of withdrawal

We inform you that pursuant to art. 59 Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

- order of Products made to measure or clearly personalized;

- order of Products that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly;

- order of sealed Products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection or which have been opened after delivery.

With reference to the cases of exclusion of withdrawal listed above, in particular, you are informed and accept that among the "Products that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly" include those products of a food nature whose characteristics and quality are subject to alteration, also as a consequence of inappropriate storage on your part following delivery.

Without prejudice to what is specified above regarding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of purchasing multiple products delivered separately with a single order, you have received the last product.

To respect the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments you have made will be refunded to you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which La Bottega del Frà receives your decision to withdraw. Returned due to product defect or non-conformity

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us via email at, indicating the defect and/or non-conformity found, as well as the relevant documentation indicated in the return form itself (at least 1 (one) photograph of the Product, the order confirmation sent by us and/or the tax receipt).

Following receipt of the form and related documentation, we will evaluate the defects and non-conformities reported by you and decide whether to authorize the return of the Products by providing you with feedback, containing the "Return Code", via email to the address provided by you during the registration process on the Site or when placing the order.

The authorization to return the Products will in no way constitute recognition of defects or non-conformities, the existence of which must be ascertained after the return.
