Farmer's soup with vegetables, spelled and beans

Our line of soups was created by re-evaluating Trentino traditions and enriching them with our unmistakable flavours.

All the production of our soups is 100% artisanal.

Preparation Tips:

• Pour the contents into 2.5 L of water and cook for about 15 minutes on a moderate heat, add a little salt.
• Once cooked, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and serve piping hot.

It can be prepared like a rice or barley soup by adding more water.

INGREDIENTS: pre-cooked spelled 35%, pre-cooked barley 28%, lentils, beans, chickpeas, pre-cooked dehydrated peas in variable proportions, spices and natural flavourings.
