SELECTION OF FRA' CHEESES

The passion for cheeses has led us to have a close relationship with many shepherds, herdsmen and cheesemakers from all over Trentino.

This allows us to have unique products that have always distinguished us.

At the basis of our research is the quality of the raw materials, tradition, the territory and last but not least uniqueness.

Tips for tasting our selection of cheeses from Bottega del Frà:

• With Polenta and salami it is a typical combination
  
• Paired with chestnut honey
• Paired with rhubarb and quince jam
• They go well on the platter with cured meats
