Our line of risottos was created by re-evaluating Trentino traditions and enriching them with our unmistakable flavours.

All the production of our Risottos is 100% artisanal.

Preparation Tips:

  • It is prepared like a common risotto. Cooking time is approximately 20 minutes.
  • At the end of cooking, stir with the heat off, adding grated TrentinGrana (or a similar cheese).

It can be prepared like a rice soup by adding more water.

INGREDIENTS: parboiled rice 87%, lemon 15%, dehydrated speck 5%, (pork, salt, juniper, spices, natural flavourings, dextrose. Cpnservatives: E252, E250) turmeric, parsley, garlic, onion, carrots.
