Our line of risottos was created by re-evaluating Trentino traditions and enriching them with our unmistakable flavours.
All the production of our Risottos is 100% artisanal.
Preparation Tips:
- It is prepared like a common risotto. Cooking time is approximately 20 minutes.
- At the end of cooking, stir with the heat off, adding grated TrentinGrana (or a similar cheese).
It can be prepared like a rice soup by adding more water.
INGREDIENTS: parboiled rice 87%, bear radicchio (cicerbita alpina) 4%, parsley, carrots, onions, tomato, leek, garlic, natural flavourings, all in variable proportions.
