Our line of risottos was created by re-evaluating Trentino traditions and enriching them with our unmistakable flavours.

All the production of our Risottos is 100% artisanal.

Preparation Tips:

  • It is prepared like a common risotto. Cooking time is approximately 20 minutes.
  • At the end of cooking, stir with the heat off, adding grated TrentinGrana (or a similar cheese).

It can be prepared like barley soup by adding more water.

INGREDIENTS: parboiled rice 87%, dried porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis and related group) 3%, mushroom flavouring, parsley, carrots, onions, aubergines, tomato, leek, garlic, natural flavourings, all in variable proportions.
