This wine is obtained from grapes produced in limited quantities, harvested by hand and processed through natural processes.
Pairing: The Rebo, velvety but also full-bodied, goes perfectly with red meats in general, such as grilled meats, lamb chops flavored with rosemary and green pepper, but above all grilled beef ribs or entrecote.
