Our Orzotti line was created by re-evaluating Trentino traditions and enriching them with our unmistakable flavours.

All the production of our Orzotti is 100% artisanal.

Preparation Tips:

  • Pour the contents into 2.5 L of water and cook for about 15 minutes on a moderate heat, add a little salt.
  • Once cooked, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and serve piping hot.

It can be prepared like barley soup by adding more water.

INGREDIENTS: pre-cooked barley 91%, roe deer meat 3%, cheese 3%, (MILK, cow's milk, salt, rennet) parsley, carrots, onions, tomato, peppers, leek, garlic, natural flavourings, all in variable proportions.
