Care Alto 3464 (the High Altitude Blonde)

Care Alto Beer is a beer with an intense yellow color with a delicate but persistent bubble, a beer with a fresh and delicate flavour, it goes well with many dishes as it leaves room for many flavours, but stands out.

Its low alcohol content makes it drinkable and allows you to drink a few more glasses.

Pairing:
La Care Alto being a Blond Alè goes well with salads, with fish, excellent with delicate appetizers and delicate first courses.

Care alto is par excellence excellent with pizza, vegan and vegetarian dishes, and with delicate cheeses and cured meats.

Lobbia Alta 3195 (The Fearless Red)

Lobbia Alta is a beer with a red colour, due to the more intense roasting of the malts.

This unusual beer is characterized by its rare hops, with citrus and floral aromas with a pleasant persistent herbaceous bitterness.

Its medium alcohol content allows this beer to gain considerable space in the world of cuisine.

Pairing: The Lobbia Alta Beer is an Italian Pale Ale and goes very well with platters of mature cheeses with a high flavour, with mature cured meats and a strong flavour.

This beer with its intense flavor is remarkably successful in accompanying braised dishes, grilled meats, cut meats and spicy, as well as smoked, dishes.
