Deer salami

This meat, after having been selected and mixed with first choice pork, is expertly salted and flavored with wild herbs as per ancient recipes handed down from father to son by the famous salami makers of Strembo.

It is then stuffed into natural casings and seasoned in the mountain air to obtain a high quality product.

INGREDIENTS: deer meat 52%, pork meat 20%, horse meat 15%, beef meat 8%, salt, skimmed MILK powder, sugars (dextrose, fructose, sucrose), spices, natural flavourings. Antioxidant: E300. Preservatives: E250, E252.
