Our Respiro del Frà Fresh Honey, a wonderful food produced by our friendly bees entirely in Trentino, is produced with natural methods that respect the bees' production cycle, thus leaving its nutritional and qualitative characteristics unaltered.

For this reason it is naturally very rich in vitamins and minerals useful for our health, without any artificial additions.

Honey is rich in Potassium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Sulphur, Sodium, Iron and Copper and there are also vitamins A, C and group B and antioxidant substances such as Carotenoids, Flavonoids, Anthocyanins and Xanthophylls. In smaller quantities, honey contains Chromium, Manganese and Selenium, which is important in the growth of children.

Furthermore, honey contains organic acids famous for their antibacterial and antifungal action. The quantity of beneficial and antioxidant molecules compares honey to fruit and vegetables, extra virgin olive oil and even wine.

As our grandparents taught us, it is excellent for coughs, sore throats and colds.
