Pairing:
As for appetizers, the combination is perfect with savory pies or quiches, usually prepared with eggs, cheese and vegetables. As far as meals are concerned, however, there are various fish-based dishes, and more, that we can pair with this wine with particular qualities. Tagliatelle with fresh tuna and cherry tomatoes, shrimp and courgette pennette and other sauces for meals prepared with shellfish are perfect, while the second courses are always based on fish, boiled or grilled, accompanied by grilled vegetables.
